European Regional Development Fund support for KVS Oy's development project

A project was implemented at KVS Valaistussuunnittelui Oy between 1 November 2021 and 31 October 2023, the purpose of which was to create a new business model for KVS Valaistussuunnittelui Oy, aiming for a position as a full-service provider. The goal has been to develop the company's own design, assembly and distribution of its own lighting products and semi-finished products. The new business model also required a change in the company's management model to support product development and production management.

The objectives set in the goal setting were that KVS Valaistussuunnittelui Oy's business would be based on launching its own production and increasing the share of goods trade in the company's turnover. KVS Valaistussuunnittelui Oy's goal was to develop its own products and comprehensive service solutions and move in the value chain from being an installer and seller of products to an importer and producer of products.
