KVS Oy has decided to discontinue electrical contracting and will focus on lighting projects in the future.
Electrical contracting will be discontinued during the current financial year by completing the ongoing projects. The decision is based on the desire to focus fully on customers' intelligent lighting controls, lighting projects, designs and product sales. KVS represents well-known global brands, whose products and technologies bring the latest innovations to the market.
KVS Oy continues as a consulting and guiding lighting wholesaler
KVS Oy continues to be a consulting and guiding lighting wholesaler for designers, electrical wholesalers, contractors and retailers. KVS Oy is strongly developing its online store to support designers and contractors, as part of a good toolkit.
Acting as a consulting wholesaler has been a significant part of KVS' business in the past and will be increasingly invested in in the future. KVS has implemented electrical and lighting projects from design to implementation, and in the future this know-how can be utilized substantially in our contractor-customer network covering the whole of Finland.

The Zumtobel Group's comprehensive lighting range is on display
KVS's product portfolio currently includes almost 60,000 products. Luminaires for every need can be found under the Zumtobel, Thorn or Thorn Eco brands.
Zumtobel's lighting products include products for offices, shops, industry, museums and culture, schools and daycare centers, hospitals and hotels.
Thorn's luminaires are mainly aimed at outdoor lighting, such as architectural and facade lighting, area and park lighting, field lighting, street and road lighting, terminal lighting and tunnel lighting. In addition, Thorn also has excellent products for indoor lighting.
Thorn Eco brand lighting products are aimed at contractors who need indoor and outdoor lighting at an affordable price, without compromising on quality. KVS provides lighting products and control technologies for contractors' projects and, if necessary, helps with lighting design if the contractor does not have the opportunity to do this.
KVS Oy continues as Casambi's official Finnish wholesaler, component distributor, consultant and trainer.
The company will continue as Casambi's official Finnish wholesaler, component distributor, consultant and trainer. KVS is constantly expanding its official Casambi training program in Finland, which will bring new Casambi experts to Finland. The company will later launch a new service model called KVS Casambi Care. KVS Casambi Care is our service model for contractors, which allows contractors to offer and also accept Casambi projects, where KVS Oy acts as a solution consultant and the contractor can focus on their core competence, i.e. electrical contracting.
